This medium cache (with tradables) is located near a section of bushes that need stealth to find. Nearby is a parkland with long bark/ribbony bark trees. In a bush fire situation, long bark has a larger spotting distance away from the head of the fire, up to 20kms. After finding the cache take a step away and look for the neighbourhood safer place sign, you may have to go to it (just a short walk). These places are areas of last resort, your best option is to have a plan in place to enact depending on the Fire danger rating for that day.
