As Creedence Clearwater Revival's "Up Around the Bend," that staple of Classic Rock radio, usually comes to my mind when hiking this curve, the cache takes its name directly from the 1970 record album which carried that song. For the curious, the "Related Web Page" link gives more information about who Cosmo was and why "the Factory" was important to CCR, absolutely none of which matters when finding this cache. And for you kids too young to know what "record albums" were, your grandparents can tell you that they're just a little newer than the Stone Age.
A trail leads to ~10 feet from the redirector, so watch for muggles; this is also the correct trail to the final. Only the last 60-odd feet will be off-trail with moderate bushwhacking.
Please, don't take up a whole page when signing, and reposition the container to be not so obvious. Also, no spoilers in your on-line log entry.
