We enjoy riding on the Western Maryland Rail Trail. It is a flat, paved trail extending about 22 miles west from Big Pool. It is a great, safe place for families with children to enjoy the outdoors. While riding recently we have noticed that there are not many caches on the eastern end. So we decided to place a geocache trail.
All the caches are easily accessed from the trail and most are very easy to spot. They are especially great for kid cachers or for anyone who wants to add a few easy smilies to their count! We hope you will enjoy them.
This cache should't be hard. It's just off the pavement.
