I placed these caches after the new section of the Trans Canada Trail between the Ewen trail and Brookdale road was completed. This section of trail moves the Trans Canada Trail off of main street to a very nice forested area just south of testa heights. This specific cache is hidden where the new trail meets up with the existing trail(s) that go to Brookdale road.
The cache itself is smaller than a film canister an contains a small log and a pencil. You may need to BYOP and you may need something to pull the log out of the container.
This is not an easy cache to get since there is some distance and some very gnarly hills no matter which direction you approach from. The shortest path is to come from the TCT at Brookdale #1 access point but this is also the most challenging trail.
