Geocache Description:


Mallee Highway

The Mallee Highway connects to the Murray Valley Highway at Piangil
It continues across to Ouyen, then onto the South Australian border
and concluding near Tailem Bend.
Situated along the Mallee Highway, between Piangil and Manangatang, is the Bailey Plains Rest Area.
Around this area there are a number of salt pans


***** Travel Bug Hotel *****

This easy to find cache is for the dropping off or grabbing of Travel Bugs.
Once opened, the cache will reveal another two containers
One container is for Travel Bugs / Geocoins only and the other contains the logbook, pen and a few swaps.
Please do not mix them up. Thanks

A Travel Bug is a trackable tag attached to an item commonly called a "hitchhiker."
Travel Bugs ARE NOT A SWAP OR A KEEPSAKE.
If you take one please place it into another cache as soon as practical
Please sign the logbook, don't just take the TB
When logging your visit to the cache on-line mention that you grabbed or dropped off the TB
If the Travel Bug has a goal, please try to follow the goal as best you can.
If the goal is to move the Travel Bug to the west coast, don't put the Travel Bug in a cache further east.
