Lake Views Traditional Cache

This cache is located at the Cedar Ridge Preserve. This preserve is large and well-maintained. There are nine miles of walking trails ranging from easy to difficult on 600 acres of land, providing the perfect experience for any hiker.

To reach this cache, you will need to find the unmaintained trail that is clearly visible from the map. It will cross another unmaintained trail which will take you to this cache. Please be aware that because these are unmaintained trails, they will be different every time you take them as trees fall and animals call this area home. However, if you are able to find the trail that is clearly visible on the map, but does not connect to any maintained trail that I have found, getting to GZ will be fairly simple. If you find a straightforward route, you could get to this cache from Strauss Road with about a 3/4 mile hike. As you approach GZ, you will get glimpses of Joe Pool Lake in the distance.
