This isn't the original location for Double Digits #1, but in some ways it's a fitting start. You will be searching right next to the TransCanada Highway. We live quite close to this road and I like to tell Wee Crackin that if you turn left you will eventually get to the Atlantic Ocean and if you turn right you get to the Pacific. We've only travelled to the Pacific, but I would live to travel to the Atlantic one day. Maybe that's where some of the cars whooshing by are headed!
This is the biggest cache in this series, but there still isn't much room for swag, or a pencil for that matter. It is camo'd with one of Wee Crackin's favourite meals - mac 'n cheese. Unfortunately, he just turns up his nose at the fancy concoctions I've created with exotic cheeses. Nope, it's KD all the way. The cache is not winter friendly, but it is covered by a nice solid object that you can find with a poking device without damaging it. Happy hunting.
PARKING - you can park on either side of 43 St, which is to the northwest, or 17 Ave which borders the park on the northeast edge, but please park only on the southern side of 17 Ave immediately adjacent to the park. The other side of the street is by permit only.
There is a BONUS PUZZLE CACHE for this series, so pay attention to the cache pages.
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE CACHINGCOFLINS FOR THE FTF (almost a sweep!)
