With a cache to get you into a part of Fall Creek Park
that doesn't get many visitors!
Instead of Black Friday shopping, let's celebrate Green Friday, and go out hiking and Geocaching!
When I heard that Redwood State Parks would be free on the Friday after Thanksgiving, that sounded like a good excuse for a geocache.
And we've been meaning to put a cache here to let others know about this semi-secret entrance to Fall Creek Park. So this seemed like a great opportunity to do both!
This is also the easiest entrance to find our Bella's Birthday Kid Cache! (GC2PG45), just a little way down the trail, so we hope you visit there too! She's almost 12 now!
Cache is about 30 feet to the left of the trailhead, in a clump of Redwoods.
(Our GPS decided to take Thanksgiving off, apparently, so these are phone coordinates, so if you get better ones, we'd appreciate them.)
