At the published coordinates lies the Royal Dramatic Theatre. No cache is hidden in there. However, the place is well worth a visit in its own right, as they perform various distinguished dramatic works there. They even have a Romeo and Juliet choir which formed in 1991 during a production of "Romeo and Juliet".
Speaking of which... Not many know of the first rough draft of "Romeo and Juliet", but I have obtained a copy.
