This are was once partially a landfill for the paper mill that once stood on the curve of Main in downtown Neenah. Previously knows as Bergstrom Paper and then Glatfelter Paper, a few year ago the building was razed.
After more than 60 years after first proposed, the park is now opened with a paved path and hopes to one day be a part of circle route between Town of Menasha, Neenah and Menasha through their parks.
