This, the first cache in the series, is located at a totally random point on the N1 highway between Winburg and Bloemfontein in the Free State in South Africa: at this point on Earth, at 22:47 on 26 July 2013 the total distance travelled by my Subaru Forester reached 123456km. So, at this nondescript random point on the 3rd Rock from the Sun, the distance travelled by my vehicle equalled the figure represented by the first 6 natural numbers, which is is also the series comprising the first six positive integers .
Another random fact is that two of my favourite actors were born on 26 July: Kevin Spacey in 1959 and Sandra Bullock in 1964. In 1996 they appeared together in a movie called "A Time to Kill".
