Dvorac i perivoj u Laduču nalaze se na prijelazu između savske ravnice i južnih padina marijagoričkog pobrđa. Posjed se spominje od 17. stoljeća kada je postojala plemićka kurija. Današnji dvorac sagrađen je krajem 19. vijeka na mjestu nekadašnjih Starih dvora. Dvorac pripada drugoj spomeničkoj kategoriji. Posljednji vlasnici dvorca bili su baruni Vranyczany-Dobrinović, a posljednji gospodar imanja bila je barunica Tilda Vranyczany. Spomenuta obitelj zauzimala je značajno mjesto u privrednom, političkom i kulturnom životu Hrvatske u 19. stoljeću.
Danas se u dvorcu nalazi socijalna ustanova za djecu bez roditelja ili odgovarajuće roditeljske skrbi, te za djecu čiji je razvoj ugrožen u vlastitim domovima. Ustanova je podružnica Dječjeg doma Zagreb u Nazorovoj ulici.
O KEŠU... Zahvaljujem nwayu što mi je omogućio da posvojim ovaj keš (travanj, 2022). Inicijalni sadržaj spremnika je odabran zajedno s djecom koja žive u dvorcu. Plastična kutija, kompas, set lokot i ključ, par naušnica, gumena igračka (leopard), drvena igračka (babuška), magnet s porukom, logbook i natpis "you found it".
Postavljanje je dogovoreno s djelatnikom ustanove. Uobičajeno je da prolaznici zastanu i s ulaza u dvorište fotografiraju dvorac. U dvorac nije moguće ući. Poštujte privatnost djece i ne zadržavajte se predugo.
The castle and the park in Laduč are located at the crossroads between the Sava plain and the southern slopes of the Mariagorica hills. The estate has been mentioned since the 17th century when there was a noble manor. Today's castle was built at the end of the 19th century on the site of the former Old Palace. The castle belongs to the second monument category. The last owners of the castle were Barons Vranyczany-Dobrinović, and the last owner of the estate was Baroness Tilda Vranyczany. The mentioned family occupied a significant place in the economic, political and cultural life of Croatia in the 19th century.
Today, the castle houses a social institution for children without parents or appropriate parental care, and for children whose development is endangered in their own homes. The institution is a branch of the Children's Home Zagreb in Nazorova Street.
ABOUT THE CACHE... I would like to thank nway, the previous owner of this cache who gave me the possibility to adopt it (April, 2022). The initial content of the box was prepared with some of the kids living in the castle. Plastic container, lock&key set, pair of earings, rubber toy, wooden toy, magnet with a message, vintage compass, logbook, "you found it" note.
The installation was agreed with the staff member of the institution. It is common for passers-by to photograph the castle from the entrance to the courtyard. It is not possible to enter the castle. Respect the privacy of children and do not linger too long.
