This location was the former home of the Carrier Air Conditioning factory and offices. The property was vacant and derelict for many years prior to this newly constructed complex.
The cache should not be hard to find and be careful searching as there will be eyes on you, including from above.

The cache contains a small pencil in case you forget a pen. There is not enough room for TB's.
