Geocache Description:

small magnetic cache

This one should be easy for the locals but a bit more of a challenge for the holiday makers. The published co-odinates take you to Eastbourne lifeboat museum with a nice view down the beach to Eastbourne pier... Should be accessible to wheel chair users as it is reachable from the path.... For almost 40 years until around 2003 a company called Bluebird used to run a pair of vintage speed boats from the end of Eastbourne pier. We used to watch them when we first moved down here in 2000 but never got the chance to have a go. One of these boats had rather a famous number. You could possibly find this on the net but it is not as easy as you might expect so you may well have to ask around and talk to a few of the locals.... Muggle central ( I made the hint easy for a quick find) and it is a decent sized cache so take care and no clues in the logs please......... Take the 3 digit number from the side of the boat and call them A,B,C Use these formulae to complete the co-ordinates for the cache. N 50 45. (A+5) (C - 6+A) (B+C+1) E 000 16. (C+2) ( A+1) (B+3) :
