Okay, so this is not exactly a 'cee-ment' pond, but for the past year they have been building a dam and overflow here along New Hope Church Road. At that time the pond was drained.
Now that 'cee-ment' is complete and the rain has filled the pond back up again.
Plenty of nearby parking that was added as they built the dam. But it can be VERY full of muggles.
Please do not cache here at night as there are homes nearby.
While Jed and the family may not be impressed with the nearby homes, I think they would like this 'cee-ment' pond!
