New Brighton has some of the nicest little neighborhood parks for the sized town it is. This Multicache will take you to most of them gathering pieces of coordinates to get you to the next park and ultimately the final.
Start at the posted coordinates and gather the information to plug into the next set of coordinates to get on your way. At each park you will answer or observe something about that park and that answer or observation will help you determine the next set of coordinates. Continue in this fashion until you reach the final park and hide.
