[ITA] - La parrocchia di Passirana è dedicata a S. Ambrogio ad Nemus, patrono della frazione Rhodense.
Ristrutturata nel 2006 sotto richiesta del parroco Don Angelo Grondona, dal 1584 conserva come reliquia una scheggia della croce di Gesù.
Tipica è la festa paesana che si svolge durante la seconda domenica del mese di luglio, nella quale si "sfidano" i 4 rioni della frazione Rhodense suddivisi geograficamente:
- rione "Laghett" chiamato così perché in quella zona del paese vi era un lago artificiale ormai scomparso.
- rione "Orti" il nome nasce perché in passato in quella zona vi erano distese di campi e orti.
- rione "Fiume" zona che si affaccia sul Lura un tempo torrente non inquinato che i passiranesi utilizzavano per la balneazione.
- rione "Isola" perché in quel settore vi era una sola casa appunto isolata.

[ENG] - The parish of Passirana is dedicated to St. Ambrose to Nemus, patron saint of the town.
Renovated in 2006 on the request of the parish priest Don Angelo Grondona, since 1584 preserves as a relic a splinter of the cross of Jesus.
Typical is the festival which takes place during the second Sunday of July, in which 4 quarters of the town challenge themselves:
- district "Laghett" so called because in that area of the country there was an artificial lake, now disappeared.
- district "Orti" so called because, in the past, in that area there were large fields and vegetable gardens.
- district "Fiumi" area overlooking the Lura river, in ancient times non polluted, that people used for bathing.
- district "Isola" because in that area there was only one isolated house.
