This is another hide along the Guadalupe River. You need to paddle from Hwy 311 to Rebecca Creek Road to find this cache. There are many hazards along the depending on river level. Know the river conditions and your paddling ability before attempting this cache.
I placed this cache along the river back in May when paddling with a friend down the river, but before I could publish it, the Memorial day floods devastated parts this and the Blanco River with record flooding. I couldn't publish it until I could check on it now. Before that happened, the Halloween floods came. Finally I got to get back out on the river this November and discovered that this and all my other hides had survived two of the worst floods in history. Woo hoo.
It's been there awhile but its ready to be found.
