This cache has 5 stages. All are accessible from sidewalks or hardtop near the sidewalk. The stages are all within 4 feet of the ground.
From beginning to end and back to the beginning, the hunt runs about 4500 feet, a minimum of 12 street crossings and 3 alley crossings. The terrain is close to flat, rated Level 1 throughout.
It is not necessary, but may be helpful, to use a digital camera (such as a smartphone camera in selfie mode) to seek and record stages. Imagine being in a wheelchair if you are not in one.
For your information, the final is in an area of several short-term residential buildings, including the Ross Manor, and the Siegel Suites. The name of the cache applies to the final. The name is a play on the name of the nearby alley (Roff Way) and the residence (the Ross Manor) a block away on West Street. When you are at the Final you will readily spot where we would like to place a TB hotel, Roff Manor.
