(Note: This is a change from the annual potluck but the cost of the venue was right… free! Thanks to Swellbergen who was able to procure the donation of the facility this year.)

From 6-8:30, we have exclusive use of the Community Centre.
6:30-7:15 Pizza Served
7:15 – Gift Exchange
End of Gift Exchange to 8:30, mingle inside and/or skate outside
7:30 – 8:30 FREE Hot Chocolate and Coffee!
**Public skating before the event is available.
The Food!
We will be ordering Pizza this year. Here is the cost to you.
$5.00/person
You get 2 slices of pizza, 1 drink and 1 cookie.
Extra food is subject to availability. We’ll cover the primary orders first.
$2.00 for each extra slice of pizza
$1.00 for each extra drink
$1.00 for each extra cookie
(Pizza choices will be Cheese, Hawaiian and Canadian)
Here’s where the WILL ATTEND logs become VERY IMPORTANT!
We need to hear ahead of time that you are coming. New to events? Click on “Log Your Visit” at the top of this page. On the next page, it asks ‘Select Type of Log’ click the arrow and select ‘Will Attend’.
We need to know the following
- How many in your party
- How many meal orders you need
- How many kids, plus gender and ages (for the kids gifts)
Gift Exchange
Once again, we will be having an optional gift exchange for the older cachers. Gifts should be between $10 and $20 (CDN).
This year, we ask parents to bring a $5.00 donation for each of their children that they bring. When you arrive, you will fill out a form indicating your child's name, age and gender. We'll take care of the rest.
