Its 2016 - Happy New Year

and Happy 21st Anniversary to Mel and me.

This is a great time of year to enjoy the beach and this is also a great place to have an event, with free BBQ's available on a first-in-first-served basis.

Where is it? Tye Park, Forrester Drive

Date: 1st January 2016

Time: 11am - 3pm or later (high tide at 1:09pm)

Bring your own? BBQ meat, salads, cakes, chippies, cheese, drinks and anything else you might want for a picninky lunch.

Who do I bring? Yourself, your children, your grandchildren, your parents, your dogs, your friends and anyone else you might like to bring along.

What do I bring? Swimming togs, kayaks, sailboats, dinghys, paddleboards, cricket set, beach volleyball, frisbee, gazebo, tables, chairs and anything else you might like to play with.

Out of towners or new cachers most welcome. Come and meet some locals - we are nice people (crazy - but still nice).

We hope to see you there, but will understand if you cant - its a busy time of year.
