I remember back when I was in school the teacher had a light over an egg. It was called an incubator. With the absence of a mother or in a penguins case the father acting as the incubator couldn't be kept the egg warm.
Every once in a while the cache needs turned over to warm the other side. I'm not always around to do this so with some volunteers I and the cache would greatly appreciate it.
