There was a new cache listing in this park and I attempted to get the FTF on an early morning cache run before going to work today. I usually have problems finding caches in these types of situations with the clock ticking and trying to look around a woodsy area in the dark. I ended up having to go to work without the smiley, and giving up the possiblility of getting the FTF.
I thought about it most of the day.... wondering if someone had come in after me and made the find during the daylight hours while I was slaving away and "working for the man". As soon as I could clock out and check my phone, I found out that I had been bested by Delicate Flower and Tim. Not the first time this has happened, and what a nice pair to lose the FTF to.
Oh well, a smiley is a smiley. I came back to this park, made the find, and placed this new cache to commemorate the occasion. This park closes a half hour before dusk. Enjoy the hide!
