It doesn't matter whether you live in Warkworth and have to deal with this intersection every day, or whether you're just passing on your way to the beach or up north most of you can agree there are some issues here. The queues are one thing, but the chaos of the traffic heading out of Warkworth town centre and to and from the beaches is another.
The must be a fix...but in the meantime there is certainly a cache. Once you find the cache, you can sit on the grass or bench and watch the traffic chaos (particularly in summer weekends) and come up with your own solution.
