Il Monte San Michele è il più alto delle tre vette di Sant'Angelo a Tre Pizzi, e con i suoi 1444m di altitudine è la cima più alta dei Monti Lattari e di tutta la provincia di Napoli.
A causa della sua caratteristica forma è comunemente chiamato Molare, e nelle giornate di bel tempo è ben riconoscibile sia da Napoli che dal Vesuvio.
Esistono diverse vie alpinistiche di accesso alla vetta lungo le verticali pareti della montagna, ma è possibile anche salire con un sentiero escursionistico, breve ma esposto, per cui occorre fare attenzione.
In vetta si assiste ad un panorama a 360 gradi, si ammirano Napoli, Pompei, il Vesuvio, Capri e tutte le principali vette dei Monti Lattari.

Mount St. Michael is the highest of the three peaks of Sant'Angelo a Tre Pizzi, and with its 1444m of altitude is the highest peak of the Lattari Mountains and across the province of Naples.
