Geocache Description:

This cache is located in a beautiful preserve right on the south end of Morro Bay.

This beautiful little park is home to the endangered Western Pond Turtle, as well as a natural freshwater spring, lots of birds and awesome views of the bay. It's a wonderful place to come and bird watch, turtle watch or just watch the waves roll by. The cache is a green, plastic container approximately 4 x 3 x 2 inches. Be discrete and careful when looking for this cache. It is located right next to the trail. There is no need to go off the trail or into any sensitive areas at all. There is absolutely NO bushwhacking necessary for this cache. The cache is well hidden and out of view. Please leave it better than you found it.

Be aware that there is poison oak in the area (lot's of it). But you won't need to go anywhere near it to get to the cache.
