The River Bend cache is in a hub of activity and easily accessible from the bike path - however, during the summer be ready for some bushwacking. Although hidden in some scrub brush, a bike path bridge, creek, house, and busy road are all within sight of the hiding spot.
This cache is a perfect find for those who enjoy a bike ride (a bike ride from the Dublin Rec Center will give hunters a 2 mile round trip) and/or walk on a path. If traveling to this location by car, one might find nearby parking at the United Dairy Farmers off of Avery Road or the Red Trabue Reserve Park. The cache is a dark-coated metal container. It is not far off of the bike path and a pretty easy find, perfect for beginners or those who can't spend a lot of time hunting. Swap items should be available if interested.
