Leafy, not Nano Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

droolydogs: After some thinking we decided that this cache is too hard to maintain due to it's highly breakable container, which isn't very waterproof. It's probably already gone due to recent rain in the area. Too bad, this would've been a good one.

Geocache Description:

This cache is hiding close to the Spilker Engineering & Applied Science Building, home to the cutting-edge Nano Center. The cache is no nano, though is well camoed. The camo may ware down after a few years or months, if so please message me so I can fix it.

The Spilker Engineering & Applied Science Building houses the Ginzton independent laboratory as well as the offices of the Department of Applied Physics. Research activities in the Nano Center span a broad range of areas from photonics and quantum engineering to single-molecule biophysics. User facilities within the building feature some of the most advanced nanoscale patterning and characterization equipment available (complementing the nearby Stanford Nanocharacterization Lab and Stanford Nanofabrication Facility), largely in underground installations to provide the stringent control of vibration, light, and cleanliness that is essential for nanoscale research.

This cache, however, is not NANOscale, nor is it underground.

The new facilities have been tailored to meet the cutting-edge requirements of over seventy researchers from all over campus, who no doubt appreciate the beautiful landscaping and lovely plants that surround the area.
