[IT] La palestra di roccia e il cache
E’ la palestra di roccia storica di Trento dove praticare il free climbing, già frequentata negli anni ’20 e’30 dagli alpinisti italiani. Si raggiunge percorrendo la strada che porta a Vattaro: superato il passaggio a livello della Valsugana, si svolta per Villazzano e, poco prima della Grotta, si gira a destra seguendo l’indicazione del rifugio Bindesi. La palestra è allo scoperto, molto affidabile e ben chiodata. E’ consigliabile anche ai principianti. Presso la palestra si tengono corsi di arrampicata sportiva.
Il cache è un barattolo di piccole dimensioni con il solo logbook e stashnote, manca la penna. Portatevene una. Si trova in un punto che potrebbe essere molto frequentato da babbani (climbers), come risultare completamente deserto in alcune stagioni o in orari particolari. Fate attenzione: pericolo di caduta massi, ma non serve arrampicarsi.
Per il primo che troverà il cache c'è un pupazzetto di Stocafis (l'architetto egizio delle vicende di Asterix).
[EN] The rock-climbing area and the cache
Bindesi rock-climbing area is famous in Trento for its free-climbing tradition. It was used during the 1920s and 1930s by the Italian Alpinists. It can be reached by taking the road to Vattaro: after passing Valsugana level crossing, turn towards Villazzano and shortly before the Grotta, turn right following the sign for Bindesi mountain-hut. The climbing area is outdoors, extremely reliable and features good hooks. It is suitable even for beginners. Courses in sports-climbing are also held here.
The cache is a small jar with only logbook and stashnote, missing pen. You bring yours. It is located in a spot that could be very popular with muggles (climbers), as they are completely deserted in some seasons or particular times. Beware: danger of falling rocks, but you don't need to climb.
For the first one that will find the cache there is a puppet of Artifis (the architect of the Egyptian story of Asterix)
