Planning for the future, when the township replaced this bridge a few years back it was widened to include space for dedicated turn lanes. Great idea, except that the other three roads into the stop sign had no such expansion, so now there is a bit of an extra pavement that doesn't really get used. Not sure when, if ever, the other lanes will be added, so in the meantime enjoy this reason to stop and look at the mighty Big Rock creek, even the grey winter! A bit higher terrain to allow for dodging traffic, although not that much.
