Welcome to the Seven Days of Cachemas! This is an easy geocaching tour around Lexington Reservoir to get you out and about over the holidays.
♫ On the first day of Cachemas, my true love gave to me
Seven hanging bisons ♫
Six Tupperwares ♫
Five trailhead hides! ♫
Four tricky camos ♫
Three small jars ♫
Two pill bottles ♫
And a magnetic park & grab cache. ♫
If you're wondering what the weird sound is near the cache, it's water! This is where Soda Spring Creek runs into Lexington Reservoir, and it's a nice spot to stop and listen for a while.
You're looking for a micro bison tube at the edge of the reservoir. Watch your step here; there's a steep drop off a few feet past the cache. You can park about 100' away on the opposite side of the road. Happy hunting!
Congratulations to Scooter2x2 on the FTF!
