Brancs Tb hotel, borbár és bisztró ahol Gárdonyi Géza is lazulna ha köztünk járna...És haza is ide jönne, hisz az író 1897-től 1922-ben bekövetkezett haláláig az itt található Gárdonyi emlékmúzeum épületében élt és alkotott. Egykori muzeológusa, Korompai János tevékenysége nyomán közel eredeti állapotában rekonstruálva, az író egykori bútordarabjaiból, berendezési tárgyaiból, relikviáiból és könyvtárából összeállított állandó kiállítás várja a látogatókat. Úgyhogy biztosra vehetjük hogy ihletért nem kéne messzire mennie, egyszerűen csak átsétálna a bisztróba, kérne egy finom bort és a hely hangulatától, az elbűvolő brancs lányoktól megbabonázva le sem tudná tenni a tollat.
Ahol ez a mottó, az csak jó hely lehet:

ahol meg is jegyzik, hogy mit szeret, oda gyakran jár.
ahol már a nevét is tudják, arra azt mondjuk: törzshelyem.
Ja, van geoláda is... Csak sétálj el az épület baloldali bejáratához, és ott találsz egy régi fehér sütőt. Na abban lesz a mi kis kincsünk is. A ládáról természetesen tudnak, logolj bátran, és ha tetszik a hely ne hagyd ki a kínálatukat, nem fogod megbánni!

Brancs Tb hotel, Coffee and Wine Garden that even Géza Gárdonyi, the famous Hungarian writer would frequently visit, should he walk still amongst us…apart from coming home to this very spot, as he lived and wrote his novels in the small house, that is now a museum dedicated to him just across Brancs, from 1897 until his death in 1922. The museum offers a permanent exhibition of the writer’s furniture, fixtures, personal belongings and huge library all reconstructed to almost original conditions by the late museologist, János Korompai. It is guaranteed that if Gardonyi would still live here, he wouldn’t have to wander for long to find his inspiration. He would simply need to cross the garden to enter the bistro and ask for a nice glass of tasty wine. The atmosphere of Brancs and the kindness of the girls would give him enough impulse, to never stop writing.
Even their motto is an assurance:
“to where you are welcome, you gladly return.
where people remember what’s your regular order, you get back frequently
and where you’re called by your name, there’s your haunt.”
Oh, and by the way, there is also a geocache…Walk towards the left entrance of the building where you’ll find an old white oven. That’s hiding the treasure. It is of course known, so feel free to log in, and should you like Brancs, don’t refrain to try their food and drinks.
