Country Creatures Puzzle Cache Mystery Cache

iPajero: The Country Creature caches were placed in December 2015 when there was a vibrant caching community in the East London area. In addition to the twelve caches which consisted of puzzle, multi, field puzzle and normal caches there was a bonus cache that could only be solved once all twelve caches had been found. The local cachers tackled them with enthusiasm the first FTF being at 4:30 am in the morning, with the bonus cached being logged on 12 January twenty five days after being published. Just to give some idea of the decline in caching activity in the area there were 16 teams who logged a find on the bonus cache in the first year only four in the next four years and only one in the last four years. The verges of the road that these were placed along have become very overgrown making finding them very difficult and together with virtually no logs in the last two years we have sadly decided to uplift the country creature caches and archive them.

PLEASE BE WARNED: WE SUGGEST YOU DRESS IN LONG PANTS AND LONG SLEEVES. THIS SERIES IS BY NO MEANS A POWER TRAIL

You will need to visit all twelve Country Creature caches to identify the creature featured at each cache to calculate the final for this cache. There is no need to enter on to private property when searching for the final.

Use the creatures alphabetical letters as follows A = 1, B = 2, C = 3 etc. to work out the co-ordinates.

A = Creature 2 fourth letter in the word.

B = Creature 9 first letter in the word minus one.

C = Creature 1 fifth letter in the word minus creature 12 fourth letter in the word.

D = Creature 8 fourth letter of the word minus six.

E = Creature 7 first letter of the word plus fourth letter of the word.

V = Creature 4 eight letter of the word divided by four.

W = Creature 5 ninth letter of the word divided by two.

X = Creature 10 fifth letter of the word minus creature 11 (third letter of the word plus one).

Y = Creature 3 fourth letter of the word times two.

Z =   Creature 6 seventh letter of the word divided by two.
