This cache is located at the old Warrior Run Church and Cemetery. The Battle of Fort Freeland was also fought at this location. The battle even drew the attention of Benjamin Franklin, which posted a story of the battle in the Pennsylvania Gazette. There are a couple different historical plaques on site that you may enjoy reading. Please do not enter into the cemetery on site, unless the gates are open and it is daylight out.
The Church itself can be rented for private parties at times, so please be respectful. The First to find prize is the right to name the cache. You can email me, or enter the name of the cache you want in your log. Please be creative and make it something other then your geoname.
