A nano in the street, for no other reason than there weren't many caches near here.
There is plenty parking on Bedford Rd. adjacent to the war memorial, and if you're in a hurry then this cache can be completed in less than five minutes from there. There is also parking in Cedar Gardens itself. If you have kids then there is a park with all the usual play equipment just along Bedford Road. There's a huge field for kicking a ball around on too.
