Return of Cardinal rule Traditional Cache

This is the triumphant return of a cache I thought had gone missing!  It is a small container in the front yard of our Graandmother. Take care with parking in this area. Cache is located on a busy street. Granny Ma is aware of the cache placement. If you are lucky you might even spot her during your visit!!
