Coliseum Mountain East Summit is located just off the pleasant trail to the Coliseum Mountain Summit. Travel to the summit requires off-trail travel across loose rock and steep terrain - care and attention is needed at all times. Good hiking boots are recommended year-round and traction devices in the winter due to some ice accumulation.
Coliseum Mountain East Summit
Coliseum Mountain East Summit is a smaller authentic rectangular type LnL container with the usual cache note, logbook and pencils. The cache was placed to mark the trail leading to the Coliseum Mountain ridge and to give cachers a spot for a break on the way up the trail.
