Due to economic times in the past people who had saved up their hard earned cash where misguided at the price of building due to the devalueation of the old zimbabwe dollar , the exchange rate used to change almost hourly untill we all just gave up and got the go ahead from the men in charge to deal in foreign currency
The venue of this cash is part of the reprocussions of the exchange rate and as such hasnt been able to be copleted , ive lived here for almost a year now and i have seen no work to this structure which is now abandoned . its a pity i feel because it has an ideal location for someone to buy and finish off and convert into a small shop or a small house , either way its our hiding spot !!!!!!!!
