Bonus Surprise II Multi-Cache

This cache was placed on my 4th annual summit of Mt. Bimberi. It showcases an extra bit of interest that can be found in this alpine wonderland and serves as a bonus find for those who come to the ACT's highest cache.

If you have done Bonus Surprise, then you know what is here. I found this place on my first summit of Bimberi when we continued on to loop out to Leura Gap and return along Long Plain. I'd love to know the story behind it. This is a multi-cache, so make some observations and then find the cache on your way back down the mountain.

Find a small metal tag (see image) near the opening with the word AND on it.
A = The number of letters in the first two words.
B = The number of letters in the third word.
C = The letter value of the second letter of the first word.
There is a three digit number under the last word FDF.
E = Letter value of the first letter of the second word divided by two.
