Who: For all cachers - new, old (or should we say experienced?), and wannabies
Why: To celebrate the date - any excuse for an event is a good excuse, plus this is a unique date

We are going to try to keep this as simple as possible. We plan to have some snack foods to eat but if you want more then bring something to share. Thanks to RVLee, at Sandy Oaks Resort, we have the use of their club house for part of the afternoon. Thanks to the Sandy Oaks Gang for coordinating their efforts and making the plan for this event a reality. We will gather, socialize, tell stories (and lies), and then head on our individual ways. With this event being in the middle of the day, there will be time for caching both before and after the event. For those who have not made the find as yet, there is a hide near the main entrance on your way to the event. For those who have not found them yet, there are a number of relatively new hides in the general area. There are also rumors that other new hide may be available.
We are aware that this event is in the middle of the day during a week day/work day which will interfere with some cachers being able to attend. Due to the availability of the facilities, the time is not flexible. With the potential for new hides, those who can't attend the event will still be able to fill in their stats grid by finding and logging a cache that day.
