Team pasy en my dying bride hebben de handen in elkaar geslagen om opnieuw een nachtevent te organiseren. Voor 1 nacht hebben we de toelating om te wandelen door de bossen van Drongengoed.

Activiteiten

Eenmalige nachtcache "The crystal treasure". Een avontuurlijke tocht van 5 km doorheen het bos, met allerlei opdrachten. Vooraf inschrijven is verplicht! (aantal deelnemers beperkt tot 120 personen).
BB6 by night. Nachtevent. Iedereen is welkom om het logboek te komen ondertekenen.
Ter plaatse wordt nog een extra cache voorzien. (tradi)

Praktisch

Het event start in het bos. Er zal geen mogelijkheid zijn om iets te eten en te drinken op de eventlocatie
Kostprijs is €5 per persoon. Tickets zal je op onze website www.geocachingbrugge.be kunnen kopen.
De inschrijvingen voor dit event starten vrijdag 22 januari om 20 uur.
Vrijdag 22 januari volgt nog een announcement met de link naar de inschrijvingspagina. Je ticket is meteen geldig voor het mega event en alle andere randactiviteiten.
Wie wil deelnemen aan "The crystal treasure", zal apart moeten inschrijven. De manier van inschrijven wordt meegedeeld via een announcement op deze listing.
Elke deelnemer moet in het bezit zijn van een ticket. Een will attend alleen is dus niet voldoende!
Er wordt gewerkt met starturen en groepen van 8 personen. Je kan zelf een groep van 8 samenstellen of individueel inschrijven (je wordt dan door ons bij andere cachers geplaatst)
We starten om de 15 min van 20.30 tot 24.00 uur.

Routebeschrijving

Wegens Paddentrek is de parking van het event slechts langs 1 weg bereikbaar. Hieronder een plannetje hoe je bij ons geraakt.

Vanaf de Aalterbaan, rij je naar het centrum van Kleit via de Halledreef.
Sla linksaf naar de Kleitkalseide
Sla rechtsaf naar de Urselweg
Volg de Urselweg tot het einde
Sla rechtsaf naar de Drongengoedweg
De parking van het event is 250 meter verderop, aan je linkerkant

Team pasy and my dying bride are organising a night event again. For 1 night we have permission to walk in the forest of Drongengoed..

Activities

One off nightcache "The crystal treasure". An adventurous trip of 5 km through the forest, with all sorts of assignments. Advance registration required! (number of participants limited to 120 persons).
BB6 by night. Night event. Everybody is welcome to sign the log.
Another geocache will be placed. (tradi)

Practical

The event starts in the forest. It will not be possible to eat and drink something at the event location
Price of the event is €5 per person. Tickets can be bought on our website www.geocachingbrugge.be
The registration for this event will start friday januari 22 at 20 o'clock.
The same Friday another announcement will follow with a link to the registration page.
Your ticket is valid for the mega event and all extra activities.
If you want to participate in "The crystal treasure", you have to register in advance. How will be communicated via an announcement on this listing.
Each participant has to have a valid ticket. A will attend alone is not enough!
We use starting hours and groups of 8 people. You can create your own group of 8 or register individually (we will then place you together with other geocachers)
You have to understand English or Dutch in order to do the trip "The crystal treasure"
We start every 15 min. from 20.30 until 24.00 o'clock.
