There used to be a small building that was falling into disrepair close to the cache location. At one time it had a painted grand piano on top of the building as advertising. Eventually the building became a 2nd hand store and then, naturally, the triangle of land had to be developed. Now there are several busineses in what looked like an area that would barely hold one.
