Geocache Description:

This is a cache that you can park fairly close to, but don't underestimate the terrain and difficulty!

I placed this cache in honor of my Webelos "Earth Rocks" badge.  We learned the difference between sedimentary, igneous, and metamorphic rock.  You will see lots of exposed sedimentary rock up close and personal as you search for this cache!

Getting from a parking area to ground zero requires navigating a ditch, a fairly steep hill, lots of briars, and plenty of small holes in the ground where you could easily twist an ankle if you aren't watching where you are stepping.  In the warm months, you will also have the added pleasure of keeping an eye out for snakes, ticks, and other nasty buggers.

Once you get close to ground zero, you will need to climb over, under or in between some narrow rock openings depending on which way you decided to approach the cache.  Be cautious of slippery, crumbling, and falling rocks during your search for this small container.

Cache coordinates were given as a prize at a recent geocaching event.  The two lucky fellows who got the coordinates got to find this cache first give it cache a thumbs up and have confirmed the coordinates and D/T rating as appropriate.
