Hara PA(Outbound) is a rest area most of high altitudes in Chuo Expressway.
Though it is such heart of a mountain for some reason, in this light meal section, the sea foods menu of the Tsukiji direct shipment is prepared.

You can access it here from the general way even if you do not get on the expressway.
