Your destination is located inside of the Clarke House Park along Kingsley Ave in Orange Park, Florida. I visited this park as a child but a lot of time and energy has been put into updating and renovating both the park as well as the Clarke House home. This home is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and was built in the 1900's by the Clarke family, immigrants from England. An interesting fact was that Mr. Clarke built caskets for many of the people who died during the yellow fever epidemic in Jacksonville. Mr. Clarke bought the park property as a place where his son could hunt, fish and ride horses. The Clarkes' also owned a cow, and raised pecan trees on the property, I hope you enjoy visiting this location and searching for the cache. This cache has been placed with the permission of the Orange Park Historical Society.
Congrats to KampusKids and TopCache on their FTF!
