A triangular route of some 3.5 miles, taking you from Stratton into the stunning Bathurst Estate and the Cirencester Polo club, then back via Daglingworth to the start (or you can equally park at Daglingworth to pick up the route).
You should be standing near the gateway to Cirencester Polo Club's five outer pitches.
In the summer (and if you have time on your hands) worth a diversionary walk 450 meters SW to where the 19th century thatched clubhouse still stands - and also happens to be one of my favorite spots on earth!
As you leave #4 towards #5 you will be passing Peddington, Upper Field and Coombe Farm pitches on your left - and on polo days there will often be a tea/ice cream van here that welcomes all visitors.
Please see #1 for fuller route description.
A little precarious this one, so will need careful replacing - m thanks!
