"Stairway" to where? Once you reach the metal pegs, the cache will be floating nearby.

The description in parentheses is for the location that is burried, see other description for new cache container and location. (This cache is located on the outside of a cemetery that I was unable to find a name of, but felt it needed a cache. The container is one I have not yet seen, but was excited to place. Please do not pry the container open, it does unscrew. Please message me if you need any additional hints. Also if the difficulty needs adjusted any input would be appreciated.)
