Welcome to the Scrabble Series!


This series is located on the Brunot Preserve located off Taunton Hill Road, Newtown CT. This preserve is owned and maintained by the Newtown Forest Assocation (NFA). All NFA properties are held in trust. The trails are for walking and equestrian traffic only and all NFA properties are closed from sunset to sunrise. Dogs are allowed but must be on leash and under the owner's control at all times. Please be prepared to clean up after your dog. Absolutely no motorized vehicles. Please report any ATV's you see on the trails.

  • All caches are near trails.
  • No caches are in stonewalls.
  • You will need to bring your own pen to sign the log books.
  • You need to find the White Sign (TBB) to solve the puzzle cache Scrabble Bonus.
  • Use this sign to solve the Bonus puzzle which is located between "Tiles" and "Unplayed Letters".
  • GPS Bounce is very bad in this park and Hint photos have been provided.
