POWER TRAIL – IL PROMONTORIO DI PIOMBINO

 

Questo Power Trail è pensato per permettere ai forestieri di scoprire il favoloso patrimonio ambientale e storico-culturale del promontorio di Piombino.

Il persorso si svolge per una parte lungo l'antico tracciato della via dei Cavalleggeri e dall'altra lungo l'ampia via del Crinale che come uno spartiacque taglia il promontorio da nord a sud.

Benvenuti alla pozza del cinghiale! Qua sono soliti recarsi i cinghiali per abbeverarsi e ruzzolarsi nel fango. Se avrete fortuna potrete forse incontrarne alcuni ma sappiate che il cinghiale è un animale molto schivo difficile da scorgere in pieno giorno. Il cache è in un arbusto a circa 12m sopra la pozza del cinghiale. Seguite il sentierino. La ricerca potrebbe essere lunga.
Munitevi di un paio di guanti per una ricerca più sicura del cache !
Evitate di attirare l'attenzione di eventuali passanti durante la vostra azione di ricerca del cache onde evitare fastidiose manomissioni.

Welcome to the wild boar pond! Wild boars are used to come here to refresh and roll themselves in the mud. If you are very lucky, you may encounter one of them but keep attention to the fact that wild boars are very fearful animals, difficult to spot during the day. The cache is hidden in a bush about 12m from the pond above the road. Follow the short path. It can take time before your find this cache!
Wear your gloves while looking for the cache !
Please make sure nobody is seeing you while looking for the cache in order to prevent no-geocachers from sabotaging it !
