Keep Looking Traditional Cache

This one is evil. If you don't see it, you don't need to get your eyes checked, but there is somewhere nearby to do that.

Have you ever wondered why we do the things we do? Take, for example, looking for this evil nano in a parking lot. Do you wonder why you're going to go out and look? 

Note: The difficulty here is not a 5 because I don't think any specialized knowledge is required. However, it's about as hard as it can get without that being the case. The terrain is a 1. Keep that in mind as you're looking, as it will narrow down the location to somewhere accessible. With snow on the ground, I can almost certainly guarantee that either the difficulty or the terrain will be higher.
